Nursery School Brookland sold to an Existing Operator

Redwoods Dowling Kerr recently facilitated the sale of the Nursery School Brookland in Kent to an existing operator.

The Nursery School Brookland, a well-established highly regarded preschool, sits in the peaceful village of Romney Marsh, seven miles from the historic towns of Rye and Camber on the Kent coast. The preschool has a capacity for 28 children from two to four years.

Originally established in 1986, the preschool was taken over by a former employee in 2020 who continued the original owner’s legacy. Brookland’s stellar reputation and location attracted the interest of an existing operator wishing to grow and expand their current portfolio of settings.
