Norton Lodge sold to a First-Time Buyer

The business was picked up by a first-time buyer after the original owners announced their plan to pursue other ventures within the healthcare sector.

Norton Lodge is a residential care home for the elderly in Runcorn, Cheshire. The business cater to up to 32 residents across 30 bedrooms. Over the years, it has garnered a truly excellent reputation in the region, with historically high occupancy levels.
