Nightingale Services also provide locum and nursing staff to a variety of private clients, recruiting locally to deliver 24/7 staffing solutions at short notice. Benefitting from an excellent reputation in the local area, the care agency has achieved a ‘Good’ rating at their most recent CQC inspection.
After receiving a high amount of interest culminating in 35 viewings and 16 offers, Senior Sales Negotiator, Mohammad Member, identified an ideal buyer in The Crossroad Group. Established in 2016, The Crossroad Group currently operates six care homes and independent living sites across the Midlands and East of England, aiming to provide the best quality to cost-of-care ratio in England. The acquisition marks the beginning of their expansion into the home care sector.
