Newchurch Pre-School Sold to First Choice Nursery

Redwoods Dowling Kerr is pleased to announce the successful sale of Newchurch Pre-School Limited in Warrington to First Choice Nursery.

Located within a well-established residential area of Warrington, Newchurch Pre-School has operated under its current ownership for more than a decade, with the setting itself holding a childcare legacy dating back to the 1970s. Operating from a parish hall with a long-standing history of supporting childcare provision, the business has built a trusted reputation within the local community.

The pre-school is registered for 37 children and currently operates across two age-specific rooms, caring for children from under 2s through to preschool age. The setting has established a highly functional and well-equipped nursery environment with quality fixtures, age-appropriate learning spaces and outdoor play facilities designed to support early years development.

The business also offers future growth potential through increased occupancy, enhanced marketing activity and further community engagement.
