Newbyres Nursery and Hopefield Castle Nursery offer a group of two impressive freehold children’s day nurseries over four buildings, located within the outskirts of Edinburgh.
Newbyres Nursery is in Gorebridge and Hopefield Castle Nursery is located in Bonnyrigg which are approximately two miles from each other.
The two settings have a combined capacity for 244 children with ample opportunity in place to further expand.
Newbyres Nursery, opened in 2016 and operates from Newbyres Hall a beautifully restored and renovated Victorian building and St Paul’s Church, a fully renovated Victorian church and church hall.
Hopefield Castle Nursery, runs from Hopefield Castle in Bonnyrigg which only recently opened in August 2021. The castle was fully renovated during the conversion and offers 1.5 acres of beautiful grounds.
With an impressive EBITDA in excess of £1,000,000 the opportunity was snapped up by the nation’s leading nursery group Busy Bees.
