New Dawn Care Agency Sold to Existing Operator

New Dawn Care Agency in Shropshire has been sold to an existing operator in a deal facilitated by leading healthcare business broker, Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Founded in 2009 by the current owners, New Dawn Care Agency, located in the Shropshire village of Onibury, has built an excellent reputation for delivering quality care services to clients, enabling service users to maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes.

Delivering approximately 325 hours of care weekly to around 30 service users in the Church Stretton and Craven Arms areas, new private clients are primarily acquired through referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations.

During its most recent CQC inspection, the agency was rated “Good” and provides a comprehensive range of services, including dementia, mental health, and physical care support.

With the client looking to retire, specialist healthcare sales negotiator, Mohammad Member, identified the ideal buyer in an existing operator with more than 5 years of experience in the domiciliary care sector. This is the second acquisition from the buyer in the last few weeks facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr, with the buyer recently purchasing the home care agency Caring Hearts and Hands, also in Shropshire.

This acquisition underscores the increasing trend of mergers and acquisitions within the West Midlands’ care sector, highlighting its continued growth and importance.
