Operating with a capacity for 70 children aged from birth to five years, Mulberry Roots has established a fantastic reputation for providing high-quality early years education in a well-presented property since 2018. The nursery holds a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, reflecting its commitment to excellence in childcare.
Its bright and spacious rooms, equipped with quality resources, create a welcoming and engaging learning environment for children. The nursery boasts recently refurbished outdoor areas, designed to a very high standard, providing an enriching space for outdoor learning and play.
With the client looking to spend more time with family, Sarah Ellison, Deputy Manager of Childcare and Education at Redwoods Dowling Kerr identified the ideal buyer in the new entrant to the childcare sector.
