Moor End Farm Day Nursery Limited located in Hertfordshire has sold to Kindred Education Ltd in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Moor End Farm Day Nursery is a purpose-built childcare setting located in the affluent area in of Hemel Hempstead. The nursery has a capacity for 70 children from three months to five years of age. It was first established back in 1994.
The buyer, Kindred Education Limited, is a family of day nurseries founded on over 25 years’ experience in caring for children. The acquisition of Moor End Farm takes them to 37 settings.
