Mobile Care Services, a home care agency based in Warwickshire has sold to an existing operator, in a deal brokered by Redwoods Dowling Kerr, a leading UK healthcare business broker.
The well-established and highly regarded domiciliary care agency, operating since 1992 out of Atherstone in Warwickshire, is recognised for its outstanding standards and personalised care services. The agency serves over 230 clients weekly, delivering between 2,800 to 3,000 hours of care across Warwickshire, Staffordshire, and Leicestershire.
Mobile Care Services has forged strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS trusts, local authorities, and private clients. Notably, it has played a crucial role in government trials, providing rapid discharge and reablement care in collaboration with hospitals and therapy teams.
Rated “Good” by the CQC, the agency offers a comprehensive range of services, including personal care, dementia support, and end-of-life care.
With the client looking to exit due to retirement, RDK Healthcare Business Broker, Mohammad Member, identified the ideal buyer in an existing operator.
