The Company consists of The Lakes Care Centre and Fairfield View Care Centre, two high-quality and dedicated care homes within accessible locations.
Registered for a combined total of 131 residents, the homes have forged excellent reputations within their localities, and these are supported by their high occupancy levels and consistent referrals and testimonials.
The Lakes Care Centre is an impressive home, providing residential and nursing care with a specialist dementia unit near Manchester. Under the ownership of our client Jack Meredith, the home has expanded to 77 beds within three suites for residential, dementia and nursing care.
The second setting, Fairfield View Care Centre, provides both residential and dementia care conveniently close to Manchester city centre and is registered for 54 residents. Both homes have established an excellent reputation and enjoy strong reviews year-on-year.
Having built up the Group for many years, Jack decided it was the right time to sell and he wished to retire.

After a comprehensive marketing and research campaign using our bespoke strategies, the Group was quickly sold to a business operator looking to expand their portfolio and continue the excellent growth Jack has overseen during his tenure.
