Little Treasures Pre School Sold to a Local Operator

Redwoods Dowling Kerr has successfully facilitated the sale of Little Treasures Pre School, a children’s nursery in Selby, North Yorkshire, to an existing local operator.

Little Treasures Pre School, located in the popular market town of Selby, has been non-operational since the beginning of 2024. Registered for 48 children aged three months to five years, the family-run setting had provided before- and after-school care alongside a holiday club for children up to 11 years of age.

Our client decided to sell the business following their retirement. RDK found a suitable buyer in the form of a local operator and owner of two successful childcare businesses, Rainbow Childcare and Avanti Childcare, who intends to reopen the nursery.
