Little Tots Nurseries Ltd, a group of two children’s day nurseries in Berkshire, has sold to Muddy Puddles Nurseries Ltd in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Established in 2001, Little Tots Nurseries provides the highest quality of care and education to 96 children from birth to five years of age. Comprised of two settings in Reading and Tadley, the nursery group aims to provide a warm, secure and caring environment for all children. Following the Montessori teaching philosophy, they recognise the individual needs of children and tailor their teaching to match each child.
Little Tots Nurseries pride themselves on pioneering the growth of Forest Schools in the local area, having developed their woodland setting in 2009 into an enriching experience for children that gives them a lifelong passion for the outdoors. With an excellent reputation in the local area, they have consistently received positive Ofsted reports, with ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ ratings at their latest inspections.
Following our clients’ retirement, Deputy Childcare Sales Manager Sarah Ellison identified an ideal buyer in Muddy Puddles Nurseries Ltd. The family-run nursery group own several existing settings across the South East of England alongside children’s outerwear company, Muddy Puddles.
