Redwoods Dowling Kerr is pleased to announce the successful sale of Little Pips Nursery, a group of two well-established day nurseries in Chippenham.
Both nurseries benefit from expansive outdoor play areas and a strong reputation for quality childcare within their local communities. Together, the nurseries operate with a combined capacity of 104 children and offer scope for future expansion.
The settings provide care for children aged from three months to five years, with both nurseries rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and are recognised locally for their consistent standards of care and education.
The sale was managed by Stephanie Quinn, Senior Sales Negotiator at Redwoods Dowling Kerr. The client chose to proceed with a sale as part of a planned retirement, following many successful years of operation.
The business attracted multiple offers and strong competitive bids, reflecting continued buyer demand for high quality nursery opportunities. The group has been acquired by Bright Stars Nursery Group Limited, an established operator within the childcare sector.
