Redwoods Dowling Kerr has brokered the sale of Little Lambs Day Nursery, a well-established and popular group of children’s nurseries in Nottinghamshire.
Little Lambs comprises a group of two-day nurseries and a pre-school. With a combined registration of more than 120 places across the three sites, the settings cater to children from birth through to 11 years. Little Lambs has successfully operated since 2016, earning an excellent reputation for providing the highest levels of care. With a long-standing, experienced management team, prime locations, and a history of strong referrals, the group was the ideal purchase for first-time buyer Ash Sher.
After 10 years in the sector, Ash intends to maintain the nursery’s current use and potentially expand in the future. Ash is pleased with the purchase and the professionalism of the RDK team in facilitating this deal. He shared with the team his delight, and aspirations for future work.
He confirmed:
“The team were very professional and highly recommended. I’m looking to acquire 4 more settings within 18 months, which will all hopefully be sourced through RDK.”
