Redwoods Dowling Kerr recently facilitated the sale of Little Explorers in Sussex to an first-time buyer.
Little Explorers is a well-established nursery and preschool in the affluent sought-after village of Pulborough, West Sussex. Since its inception 10 years ago, Little Explorers has welcomed a succession of siblings, friends and extended family, whilst garnering a truly enviable reputation for its kind and nurturing preschool. The nursery has a capacity for 25 children.
Besides a nursery and preschool, Little Explorers also offers a Forest School and Beach School.
Little Explorers’ reputation earned the interest of a first-time buyer to the industry. The new owner wishes to build on the foundations built by the setting’s former owner and take Little Explorers to fantastic new horizons.
