A well-established children’s day nursery in Accrington has been sold by Redwoods Dowling Kerr, to Lily’s Little Gems Childcare.
Little Brook Children’s Nursery was established by the present owner back in 2018.
During that time the business has gone from strength-to-strength, proudly boasting an excellent reputation for providing professional, quality childcare demonstrating historically healthy occupancy levels.
The successful setting is registered for 72 children providing childcare from 3 months through to 5 years of age and occupies a convenient and accessible position just a short walk from the town centre.
The nursery operates from a modern, detached property which has been converted and refurbished throughout providing high-quality equipment and facilities.
Owner Dawn Hartley wanted to pursue other business ventures and she instructed Redwoods Dowling Kerr in the sale.
A comprehensive marketing campaign resulted in three excellent offers submitted for Little Brook Children’s Nursery, and the business was sold to Lily’s Little Gems Childcare, a childcare operator who saw the opportunity as a perfect bolt-on acquisition.
