Little Badgers Preschool Sold to JC Little Explorers

Little Badgers Preschool in Headley, Hampshire, has successfully sold to JC Little Explorers in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Established in 1979, Little Badgers Preschool has provided excellent standards of care to children aged between two years and school age for over 45 years. Having recently relocated to The Holme Primary School in Headley, the setting benefits from an excellent reputation within the local community, facilitated by a team of dedicated and experienced staff. Centring around the core ideas of positive relationships, enabling environments and learning and development, Little Badgers received a ‘Good’ rating in their most recent Ofsted inspection.

Specialist Childcare Sales Negotiator, Bradley Wilson, successfully identified a suitable buyer in JC Little Explorers. Founded in 2024, the nursery and preschool provider aims to make a positive impact on young children’s development. With their existing settings providing childcare to children aged one to sixteen, JC Little Explorers believe in nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning in a safe, supporting and enriching environment. The acquisition of Little Badgers comes as part of their expansion plans across the UK.
