Leaps and Bounds (Scotland) Limited Nursery located in Scotland was sold to a First-time Buyer in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Leaps and Bounds (Scotland) Limited have been established for over 15 years, occupying a highly accessible trading position in a largely residential area while also attracting families and commuters from the surrounding areas.

The highly reputable day nursery has a capacity for 96 children from birth to five years of age with further capacity for growth. Leaps and Bounds (Scotland) Limited holds a great partnership status with Renfrewshire Council and achieved a ‘Very Good’ rating in every Care Inspectorate inspection category.

With a background in retail, a father and son duo wanted to begin their business venture and believed that Leaps and Bounds (Scotland) Limited was a great start.
