Lawwood Ltd operates from a highly visible and imposing property which has been carefully converted and modernised offering deceptively spacious and versatile residents’ accommodation.
Our client was ready for retirement and looking for an existing operator with experience in healthcare to take over the business. The new owner has five years of experience in the healthcare sector and stated that location was the key attraction to purchasing Lawwood Ltd.
