A popular Cheshire residential care home is under new ownership after being sold by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Lavender House, based in Alsager, has been situated in the town since 2004 and has experienced strong levels of growth since its inception.
The well-known home has established a truly enviable reputation for providing excellent standards of care, dignity and support within a warm, secure environment.
Lavender House subsequently enjoys regular referrals and recommendations demonstrating an excellent trading record with historically high occupancy levels. In 2017, the home was rated as “Good” in its last Ofsted inspection.
The home operates from a substantial double fronted detached property which has been carefully modernised and extended, providing spacious and comfortable surroundings which are well appointed throughout.
Having established the care home for several years, our client wished to market Lavender House for sale to facilitate retirement plans and Redwoods Dowling Kerr was instructed in the sale.
