Kepplegate Care Services in Lancashire Sold to a Corporate Buyer

Kepplegate Care Services, a residential care home with a domiciliary care agency based in Preesall, Lancashire, has sold to Crown Care Services.

Kepplegate House was as family-owned business since 2000. With the decision to retire, the previous owners contacted Asif Musa of the RDK Healthcare team to facilitate selling the business. . The home is currently registered for 16 residents and offers a range of long and short-term personal and domestic care for the elderly. The highly respected care home and domiciliary care agency has earned a truly enviable reputation for providing excellent standards of care and support. Indeed, the care home was rated as “good in all areas” at the latest CQC inspection in September 2020.

The RDK team were very happy to find a buyer in Crown Care Services. Crown Care Services are an existing domiciliary care operator, operating within the industry for the past two years.
