Redwoods Dowling Kerr is pleased to announce the successful sale of Jelli Tots Nursery, a well-established and highly respected nursery school located in North West London, which has been acquired by a new entrant to the childcare sector.
The nursery, registered for up to 50 children aged 2 to 5 years, has been operating since 1999 and provides high-quality early years education in a sought-after residential area. The premises are well maintained and offer a light, airy and stimulating environment, including an enclosed outdoor space, a main open plan classroom, staff facilities and ample storage for learning resources.
Jelli Tots Nursery operates for approximately 46 weeks of the year and has built a strong local reputation, with many children attending from the immediate area and others travelling from further afield. The nursery has earned recognition for its high standards and supportive approach to early years learning, ensuring children enjoy a safe and engaging environment.
The client sold to pursue other business interests, allowing the client to pass the business to a new operator who can continue the excellent standards and strong reputation established over many years.
The transaction was led by Sarah Ellison, Deputy Manager of Childcare & Education at Redwoods Dowling Kerr, who successfully completed the sale on behalf of the client and identified the ideal buyer.
