Based in Plymouth, Devon, Iota Care Limited provides residential and respite care for adults with autism and associated conditions. The group comprises three established homes registered for 15 residents, currently supporting 13 individuals. Two of the homes hold an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission, reflecting the company’s commitment to high-quality care.
The business has earned a strong reputation as one of the region’s preferred providers of specialist care, serving 100% local authority clients. One home is owned on a freehold basis while the other two are offered on leasehold terms, providing a flexible opportunity for the buyer.
The client chose to sell to pursue other business interests. The acquisition represents an excellent opportunity for the established operator, Alpha May Care First, to expand in the learning disability sector in the Southwest.
