Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of inVent Health Limited, an established domiciliary care provider operating in the South East of England.

The business was formed in 2006 and has successfully operated for more than a decade. inVent Health caters for the delivery of complex and palliative home care to both children and adults, specialising in the care of ventilated patients.

Currently offering care for over 50 patients and located in Norfolk, Essex and London, the business delivers 24-hour care 365 days of the year to a high standard for clients with a range of different injuries and conditions. The quality of care is reflected in their latest CQC report being rated as “Good.”

The owner of inVent Health Ltd are passionate about the quality of care provided and the standards that they and their team achieve. This is why they are an accredited ISO 9001 organisation and reflects the underlying culture of the business.

Having established a superb domiciliary care provider, the owner Paul Di Mambro wanted to sell the business as he wanted to retire. He instructed RDK in the sale and our bespoke marketing process generated significant interest.

inVent Health received four viewings and three strong offers. The business was sold to Stephen Booty, a corporate healthcare operator. He said inVent Health is an ideal bolt-on acquisition for his company and he has plans to continue operating the business at full capacity.
