East Sussex homecare agency, Homelife Care Ltd, has sold to Chime Care Ltd, in a deal facilitated by healthcare specialist brokers Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Established by the client in 2003, Homelife Care operates across East Sussex from its office base in Crowborough. Providing around 300 hours of care per week for 40 service users, the agency has built an excellent reputation for quality professional care for individuals living in their own homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity
Offering a range of services including personal and domestic care, companionship, medical care and end of life care, Homelife Care has forged strong relationships with Local Authorities, NHS and private individuals in the area. It has a ‘Good’ CQC rating.
Given the agency’s excellent reputation and clear growth potential, the sale of Homelife Care Ltd generated a large amount of interest from potential buyers with a number of offers made. With the client looking to retire, RDK healthcare sales negotiator, Bradley Wilson, identified the ideal buyer in the existing homecare agency operator, Chime Care Ltd.
