Hillside Playcare Centre is a well-established children’s day nursery in Southminster, Essex in a well-populated residential area. It is ideally located, close to a mainline train station to London Liverpool Street. Established in 1982, the nursery caters to up to 86 children from 3 months to 5 years. The setting is well presented throughout and features stunning enclosed gardens.
The buyer, First Day Nursery Ltd, is a well-established family operator active since 2016 and runs another setting in Ilford, Essex.
