Help at Home Medway Ltd Sold to a First-Time Buyer

Help at Home Medway Limited has successfully sold to a first-time buyer in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Situated on the high street in Rochester, Kent, Help at Home is a respected domiciliary care business. The family-run business established five years ago provides a range of services to elderly clients in the local community, including companionship, personal care, assisting with medications and general housework tasks. With a team of experienced and highly qualified staff, Help at Home pride themselves on being able to offer any client the same team of carers seven days a week, and were rated ‘Good’ at their latest CQC inspection.

After receiving large volumes of interest, Help at Home sold within seven months of being instructed thanks to the work of RDK’s experienced sales negotiators and unique market insights. Following our client’s wish to explore other business ventures, Healthcare Sales Negotiator Naila Akhtar identified a suitable buyer in Shibu Manoharan. Marking his first acquisition, Help at Home joins Manoharan’s existing care agency, which has operated in Medway since 2019.
