Happy Tots Preschool located in Surrey sold to an existing operator in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Happy Tots is a well established and highly respectable children’s preschool, ideally situated in a densely populated residential area of Ashford. The setting is registered for up to 50 aged 2 to 5 years of age.
The buyer was attracted to the business for a number of reasons, mainly how it was run by the previous owner and its team of competent and qualified staff members, along with his desire to acquire a setting in the UK. The buyer plans to apply his previous knowledge and experience to the setting and continue its history of delivering quality childcare.
