Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Squirrels Family & Childcare Centre, a group of two children’s day nurseries in Northampton.
The two settings sold to Kids Planet Nurseries in what is their third acquisition this year via RDK. Squirrels Family & Childcare Centre will be joining their existing portfolio, taking them to 188 childcare settings throughout the UK.
Squirrels Family & Childcare Centre was first established in 2016 as a single setting. In 2022, a second setting was established, and Squirrels became a group of two nurseries. Since its foundation, the group has garnered an excellent reputation for providing the highest level of care in a warm and secure environment. The settings have a combined capacity for 118 children from birth to 14 years of age.
Due to its stellar reputation and excellent location, the group managed to gain the interest of major childcare provider Kids Planet.
Melissa Swain, former owner of Squirrels Family & Childcare Centre said:
