Granby Nurseries Ltd sold to an Existing Group Operator

Granby Nurseries Ltd located in South Yorkshire sold to an existing group operator in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Established in 1994, Granby Nurseries Ltd, a group of three premium day nurseries located in a convenient and accessible trading position, has a combined capacity of 189 children from birth to five years of age.

The nurseries enjoy an excellent reputation garnered over years of delivering quality childcare, with two having received an ‘Outstanding’ rating and one a ‘Good’ rating in the latest Ofsted reports.

The buyer is an experienced and very well established group operator and was attracted to the settings based on how well each of the settings were run.
