Established in 2000, Gozone Care Ltd has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients across the region. The business provides around 1,200 to 1,500 hours of care per week, supporting 45 service users. With a ‘Good’ CQC rating and an excellent reputation among local authorities and private clients, the agency offers a wide range of services including personal care, dementia support, palliative care, companionship, and overnight care.
Covering affluent areas of West Sussex, Gozone Care Ltd benefits from two established block contracts and maintains long-standing relationships with both local councils and NHS providers. The business represents a robust and scalable operation with further growth potential.
The sale, overseen by Asif Musa, Senior Sales Negotiator at Redwoods Dowling Kerr, was completed to Priory Alliance Group Ltd, an expanding care group seeking to strengthen its presence in the South of England.
