Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Gigglers Day Nursery, based in Bolton.
Established by the present owner back in 2012, the nursery has earned an excellent reputation within the local community for providing quality childcare demonstrating healthy occupancy levels year-on-year.
The nursery was rated as “Good” by Ofsted at the latest inspection in 2015 and is registered for 55 children offering care from birth through to five years of age.
Gigglers Day Nursery is equipped to a high standard with an extensive range of quality resources and children’s furniture and enjoys excellent referrals and recommendations from parents.
The owner, Kimberley Wells, made the tough decision to bring the nursery to market as she wishes to emigrate and she instructed Redwoods Dowling Kerr in the sale.
As a result of cementing a fantastic reputation in the sector, the nursery was extremely popular with potential buyers and with RDK’s extensive marketing and research campaign, a total of seven offers were submitted.
Gigglers Day Nursery was sold to Welcome Nursery Group, a first-class corporate operator with 16 settings across Lancashire.
