Based in Cambridgeshire, Future Community Care Solutions is a well-established care provider offering home care services across the region.
Future Community Care Solutions Ltd have developed an exceptional reputation in the region which is reflected in their “Outstanding’’ CQC rating. With the owner wishing to retire, the specialist healthcare team at RDK identified a suitable buyer in new business, Senior Home Care Group Ltd.
New owner Senior Home Care Group is backed by private equity house, Lonsdale Capital Partners, hands-on investors with a particular interest in healthcare services. Having previously run home care businesses, the owners of Senior Home Care are also experienced within the sector.
