A large property which was once used by Glenside Care Home has been purchased by an existing operator.
The property, based in Northampton, was previously registered for 30 residents over two floors and traded successfully.
The property is ideally set in an easily accessible location, within easy reach of the main motorways, with public transport and local amenities close at hand and has C2 recognition.
The highly visible and imposing detached period property has been extended and upgraded to provide versatile accommodation offering spacious public areas, 25 single bedrooms with the benefit of a passenger lift.
Having operated a successful care home within the property, the owners wanted to sell for personal reasons and Redwoods Dowling Kerr were instructed in the sale.
