A former day nursery located in London sold to a first-time buyer in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
The nursery sits in a densely populated residential area of Stratford, East London. It is approximately half a mile away from Marlyand Station offering links to London Liverpool Street. Ithas a capacity for 50 children from 3 months to 5 years of age.
The nursery was original established in 1998 before being purchased by its former owner in 2011. The nursery closed in 2022, but was purchased by a pair of first-time buyers new to the sector who wish to make use of its boundless potential and excellent location.
