Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of a former children’s day nursery in Essex.
The nursery was picked up by existing childcare operator Jen’s Den Childcare Service after the original owners chose to focus on another childcare setting.
The business was originally established in 2014 and acquired by the previous owner in 2017 as part of their expanding childcare group. It was previously registered for 44 children from three months to five years of age catering to the areas of Enfield, Waltham Cross, Loughton, Harlow, Chigwell and Chingford.
With over eleven years of experience in owning a childcare setting, the new owners plan to reopen the nursery and bolt it onto their existing portfolio.
