Redwoods Dowling Kerr recently facilitated the sale of Footsteps Childcare Ltd located in East Sussex to The Nursery Family Ltd.
A trio of well-established, ideally set, and reputable day nurseries, Footsteps Childcare has left its mark in Brighton by offering fantastic quality childcare to the area. The nurseries are located in Hollingbury, Portslade and Hove. Each one operates from a substantial and well-equipped property. With its spacious settings, Footsteps has a combined capacity of 100+ children from birth to the age of eight.
The nurseries were picked up by major childcare provider, The Nursery Family Ltd. Founded in 2012, The Nursery Family provides high-quality care and education for children from three months to five years of age. The business has six nurseries throughout West Sussex and Hampshire. Footsteps childcare is the business’s latest addition, helping them expand their portfolio by three further settings.
The buyer confirmed: “I just wanted to say thank you for all your efforts throughout the transaction. Sarah helped immensely in liaising with the sellers throughout. We very much appreciate this and hope to have the opportunity to work with Redwoods Dowling Kerr again on future deals.”
