First Nursery Ltd Sold to a First-Time Buyer

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the successful sale of First Nursery Ltd in Peebles, Scotland, to a first-time buyer.

First Nursery is a well-established and highly respected children’s day nursery in the popular town of Peebles in the Scottish Borders. Successfully operating for over 20 years, the family-owned nursery provides childcare for up to 120 children aged three months to twelve years. Benefitting from an enviable reputation for quality, professional childcare and an experienced team of longstanding staff, First Nursery was rated ‘Very Good’ by the Quality Care Inspectorate at their latest inspection.

Following our clients’ wish to retire, Childcare Sales Negotiator Stephanie Quinn identified a suitable first-time buyer whose family own several nursery settings in Scotland. The buyer intends to continue to build First Nursery’s excellent reputation and provide high standards of childcare in the Peebles area.
