Elizabeth House & Marland Court located in Greater Manchester was sold to Ocean Care Homes Ltd in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Elizabeth House & Marland Court are a group of two residential care homes for the elderly registered for 54 residents in total.
Elizabeth House operates from a highly visible and substantial property which has been carefully converted and modernised with the benefit of two passenger lifts. All 26 resident bedrooms have ensuite facilities.
Marland Court is housed in an imposing property which has been converted and carefully extended with a passenger lift and 21 resident ensuite bedrooms.
Both residential care homes are well known and highly respected and are within easy reach of local shops and amenities.
Ocean Care Homes Ltd has five years of experience in the healthcare industry and currently operates six care homes.
