Established in 2010, Elite Home Care offers a high-quality care solution for those who want to remain within their own home, serving clients who require domiciliary care within the South Gloucestershire and Bristol area. The business quickly gained traction within the locality, attracting custom from local councils, home healthcare services, hospitals and private individuals.
Elite Home Care currently offers its care services to 219 individuals who are over the age of 18, offering a variety of services to match the client’s requirements. An area of high importance for the owner was to ensure that an individual remains dignified and independent, irrespective of the assistance they may require: personal care, shopping, laundry or community access.
To realise their vision, the owner built up a team of expertly qualified healthcare professionals. Employing 58 members of staff to offer a selection of services, as well maintain the seamless operation of the domiciliary care agency, Elite Home Care has continued to flourish within the area, benefiting from an enviable reputation within the community and with its clientele.
With ambitions of retirement, the owner made the difficult decision to place the business onto the market. Recognising Redwoods Dowling Kerr to be the premier business brokerage within the healthcare market, we were formally instructed to conduct the sale. After a comprehensive marketing campaign that garnered a large amount of interest with 6 viewings and 3 offers, the agency was sold to a new owner with a matching healthcare ethos.
