E Care Ltd Sold to an Existing Operator

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are thrilled to announce the successful sale of E Care Ltd, based in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, to an existing operator.

E Care Ltd operate E Care Community, a domiciliary care agency providing high standards of care across the South East of England. Boasting an outstanding reputation in the local community, the agency operates from its hub in Clacton-on-Sea, and received a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission at their most recent inspection.

Following our clients’ desire to retire and explore alternative business opportunities, Sales Negotiator Nathan Miller identified a suitable buyer through our bespoke Corporate Sales Process. The buyer is an experienced operator within the healthcare sector, and currently owns a number of businesses including Ashley Care. As one of Southend’s leading and longest-serving social care providers, Ashely Care works alongside the borough council and local health authorities to provide high quality home care services throughout the region.
