The business, established in 2001, is known for its life skills development, protective care, and evidence-based assessments for vulnerable children and families throughout Central England.
The business operates two residential care facilities in the West Midlands, a location in Chasetown as well as one in Solihull, offering supportive and nurturing environments for children aged 11 to 18. These sites are focused on empowering young people to develop life skills, discover their potential, and stay safe, all while ensuring that every child receives the care and support they need to overcome personal challenges.
With the clients looking to retire, Redwoods Dowling Kerr’s Executive Negotiator, Nathan Miller, identified the ideal buyer.
