Based in Cradley Heath in the West Midlands, Dependable Care has built a reputation for providing excellent standards of care to individuals living in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity. Offering a range of long and short term personal and domestic care including medical and end of life care, dementia care, meal preparation, shopping and companionship, the agency has forged strong relationships with providers including the NHS, local authority and private individuals, enjoying regular referrals and word of mouth recommendations.
The business opportunity generated a high level of interest and with the owner looking to focus on new ventures, the Redwoods Dowling Kerr healthcare team found the ideal buyer in existing domiciliary care operator, Elite Social Care Ltd.
