De Havilland Pre School located in Hatfield sold to Kent Atkinson in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
De Havilland is a well-established and well-respected preschool that operates on the grounds of a popular primary school. The setting sits in a densely populated residential area in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Its close proximity to major motorways and a mainline train station makes it easily accessible. The setting is registered for 30 children aged 2 to 5 years.
Since its foundation in 2002, De Havilland Pre School has gone through extensive refurbishment and refitting, making it the high quality nursery it is today.
We are both happy and proud to have helped the buyer acquire this fantastic setting, the second he has acquired via RDK, as he is looking to expand his business.
