A popular children’s day nursery based in Staffordshire with an excellent reputation is under new ownership.
Daisy Chains Day Nursery has been established for over 20 years with a capacity for 52 children, enjoying high occupancy levels as a result of its excellent service offering.
The nursery occupies a convenient and accessible position fronting the main commuter route at the heart of a well populated residential area within easy reach of public transport facilities.
The nursery is ideally placed for attracting children from the neighbouring towns and villages whilst also proving popular with parents who travel en-route to their workplace.
Daisy Chains provide quality, professional care for children from birth to the age of five on a full-time basis. The business also has breakfast, after school and holiday clubs.
There is a complement of long standing, qualified staff members in place which is another factor of the nursery’s success and on-going reputation.
The nursery is located within a substantial and highly visible detached property which has been converted, offering spacious and versatile nursery accommodation which is well-appointed and is equipped to a very high standard, with a comprehensive range of quality children’s toys and resources.
Having owned Daisy Chains for a number of years, our client wished to sell the business to pursue other interests and she instructed Redwoods Dowling Kerr in the sale.
The nursery was sold to Brighter Childcare, an acquisition group looking to build their portfolio in the childcare and education sector.
Upon completion of the sale, Senior Childcare Negotiator Sarah Ellison said: “Our client has sold and bought a number of day nurseries over the years through Redwoods Dowling Kerr and it has been a pleasure to help her again with her sale.
“She has several years of experience in the sector and has sold to business investor Mr Ngan who is due to build his new nursery portfolio Brighter Childcare. I would like to wish Mr Ngan all the best with his business acquisitions now and in the future.”
