Redwoods Dowling Kerr has facilitated the sale of Daisy Chain Nursery, a well-established children’s nursery in Maldon, Essex, to a local operator, Headstart Colchester Ltd.
Established in 2002, Daisy Chain Nursery comprises of a day nursery, breakfast club and after school club, and has a reputation for providing exceptional childcare in a homely environment. The nursery accommodates up to 74 children aged three months to five years, and was rated ‘Good’ in all areas at their most recent Ofsted inspection.
With an experienced and highly qualified management team, Daisy Chain Nursery was an ideal acquisition for local operator, Headstart Colchester Ltd. The vendor, who is enjoying a well-deserved retirement in Australia, is delighted to see Daisy Chain Nursery thrive under new ownership and continue to provide excellent childcare within the local community.
