RDK is delighted to announce the successful sale of Cupcakes ‘N’ Dinosaurs, New Inn Limited, a highly respected day care nursery in New Inn, Monmouthshire, to Expanding Horizons Limited, a growing childcare provider.
Established in 2015, Cupcakes ‘N’ Dinosaurs has built a great reputation for high-quality childcare, achieving high occupancy levels. The nursery offers childcare, an after-school club, and a holiday club catering to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
The nursery is registered for 75 places, with an after-school club providing an additional 16 places. Operating from a spacious modern detached premises, the facility boasts 10 main purpose-built rooms, with the setting also benefitting from extensive secure outdoor play areas.
With the client looking to sell due to wanting to pursue alternative business interests, Stephanie Quinn, Childcare and Education Sales Negotiator, of Redwoods Dowling Kerr identified the ideal buyer in the existing childcare operator, Expanding Horizons. The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for Expanding Horizons, which aims to enhance its footprint in the childcare sector while maintaining the exceptional standards set by the previous owners.
