Chuckle Bunnies Day Nursery Sold to The Den Nursery Group

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are pleased to announce the sale of Chuckle Bunnies Day Nursery in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, to The Den Nursery Group.

Chuckle Bunnies Day Nursery provides high quality childcare for 54 children from birth to eight years of age in the Swadlincote area. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, the nursery boasts a dedicated management team and excellent reputation in the local community. The sale marks our clients’ third transaction with Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Following our clients’ retirement, Deputy Manager for Childcare Sarah Ellison identified a suitable buyer in The Den Nursery Group. Providing childcare for children aged 0-3 years alongside pre-schools, before and after school clubs and holiday clubs, The Den Nursery Group offer fun and inspiring play in stunning heritage properties. With three existing settings in nearby Burton-on-Trent and Findern, Chuckle Bunnies marked an ideal acquisition for the multi-award-winning nursery group to further their expansion.
