The business operates from its headquarters in Northampton, with a second branch serving a wider regional area. Its client base includes elderly individuals, younger adults with disabilities, and those requiring rehabilitation or palliative support. Services are tailored to the individual, with a strong emphasis on dignity, independence and continuity of care.
The business is run day-to-day by a dedicated management team and benefits from a highly experienced workforce. Its operations are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission, achieving a rating of ‘Good’. Chiron Healthcare at Home has built a strong reputation through word-of-mouth referrals, local partnerships and its commitment to high-quality standards, providing approximately 1,000 care hours per week and generating a healthy and sustainable income.
