The Charlwood House Day Nursery was originally established in the early 1990’s and has been under the current ownership since 2018. The nursery occupies a beautiful Tudor style mansion, is set within approx. 4 acres of mature gardens and is registered for a maximum of 120 children from 3 months to 5 years of age.
Located approximately five miles from Gatwick Airport, Charlwood House Day Nursery provides a holiday club throughout all school holidays which has been proven to be popular with those working at the airport. The holiday club is for four – 11 year olds.
The buyer, a local operator with 20 years of experience in the early years sector, was attracted to the business due to its impressive size, its ideal location and excellent potential.
